1) If you have such a strong opinion on an NPCs character, why not write a mod yourself? Odds are you won't find any mod created by another person that satisfies you, so why not see how many people agree with you? It's certainly more productive than complaining about how other people see the character. If your option is so rigid, why do you think you'll change the minds of other people?

2) If you're choosing not to download a mod because it might have the possibility of an NPC behaving in a manner you don't think is accurate, you're only denying yourself the enjoyment you'd get our of playing the mod. Quitch has said that Imoen won't be the agressor romantically, so you'd have to actually try to force the NPC to act in the way you don't like. That's like punching yourself in the face and complaining about the pain.

1If it where as easy as just writing the mod and making an item or two without coding I would of made quite a few mods by now, but sadly it is not.

2If I pick not to download a mod most likely I would not enjoy it so this point its moot.(I think thats the word I am going for.)

Hi just a question. I downloaded Lord Mirrabbo's Imoen Mod yeah? Is this the same or completely different? Just want to know who I should give credit to? IF this is different then I will download it and see how it is.

Cheers

Lord Mirrabo's Imoen Romance mod is completely different from the as-yet unreleased Imoen Relationship mod.

Yes... Quitch.. no attempts to pressure you. I know I sound foolish now, but I simply cannot be quiet. I'm at the end of my gaming age, and I'm secretly hoping for a few more mods before it's over.

Sorry to bother you. A desperate attempt to remove my fear.

Hey, I'm the first to post in this sub-forum for 2006! Woot, if I do say so myself.

Yes, I don't know which mod I'm anticipating more - this one, or Return to Windspear. Hee, hopefully it will turn out to be RtW, eh? :D

Oh well - they say the real joy is in anticipation. Or at least some people say that, don't they? If it's true, Quitch is right up there with Santa Clause as far as joy-givingness goes! ;)

It's when my computer, my game, and finally me giving up my last breath. Could be soon, you'll never know. No offense, take your time.

Quitch is also working on the Return to Windspear mod, I read in the pinned threads here. One might need to be finished before the other will start back up again, perhaps.

Quitch is currently working on The Broken Hourglass for Planewalker Games, at this point I'm afraid to say that I don't think this mod will ever see the light of day.

Hmm... what a shame. Sounded like such a good idea too. And with Lord Mirrabbo taking forever to complete the ToB part of his Imoen romance mod, I fear there won't be a good Imoen mod for a looooong time. :(

Perhaps you could pass the idea on to someone willing to complete the mod? I'm sure someone out there will be willing to do so.

Well if the offer is open Quitch, I wouldn't mind taking over for you until you feel ready, though I'm only specialised in the writing field so anyone who can do coding and the like would be needed desperately.

And a bit off-topic, but as for the poem, I take no credit to that one whatsoever, that's one Chriztians and his alone.

This mod looks way too good to die. I hope someone will adopt and complete it...the sooner, the better ;)
