It's been a long time since I started this game - health problems mean't i couldn't play for a couple of months. now I'm back, but I seem to have come to a dead end in the Deep Gardens.

I've found Violet, talked to Temper Touch; been to the Blue/Green cave (and done the Green witch quest); killed the Red Wrath; been to the Gold/Silver cave and got both gold and silver. I've now got six colours (violet, blue, green, red, silver, gold) but I can't get any further ....

* Temper Touch tries to seduce me - no matter which option I take she storms off and refuses to help me any more

* The man in the Yellow Coat won't talk to me, even though I've killed the Red Wrath

* The SilverWitch doesn't talk to me no matter what I do in the Silver/Gold cave.

So how to I get any further in the game?

Here are the clues:

yellow - find a man in Deep Gardens who may be asked about his favorite Essence. He will tell you that it's yellow. Then make sure you killed Red Wrath. Go to yellow guy in who is standing near in the small south of the main cave and tell him that you should meet in Red Cave. There he will notice it's a trap. After a fight, take Yellow.
if yellow guy does not talk to you even though he's in the cave, you've got a random bug. Use CLUAConsole:SetGlobal("DGYellowPlot","GLOBAL",2) and talk to him.

gray - you should have colour. In a small house there should be Senex who wants blue. Offer him the colour.

black - when you gather 8 colours, go down the stairs in a small room in one of the houses.

amber - you will get a chance to get it when you've got most of the colours.

I couldn't find the man with the favourite colour - so I did some serious tweaking of my graphics and monitor - and there he was, hiding in the shadows.
I'd forgotten about Senex
