When you say "edits Feats," you mean edits what feats the characters have, not edits what the feats do?  The only editor I can find there is a save game editor.

Yea My Bad. :(  This only allows you to edit what feats you have. Not the Feats themselves. This is pretty cool all the same though because with this you can have whatevr feats you want without the Lvl Cap restriction :ph34r: , and Console doesnt allow you to do this either

Yeah, Im Also looking forward to a New AI System as oposed to the System where i can HAve a Bounty of 140983 for Slaying entire towns with only Guards Chasing me.

Other thing i want to know is story line. I beat the entire game and didnt really get a ending soo...... I was curious. :huh:

You all Are Expanding to Much!!!!!
TNO Bares the Symbol of Torment and In the Greatest end you hear the Good Incarnation Whisper his name TNO acts surprised and say "That was my name all along?!" His Name is Torment thus the Game Name. Ravel Mentions how TNO draws People "TORMENTED" by themselves. The All the Names Of TNO Give by The Pillar of Skulls Have to do with a Torment with the Exception of Yemeth. Which is the only other alternitive.

The fourth Morrowind's Graphics look like a improvement and from the Utter Scale of the Previous Morrowind. Its almost certinly gonna be a buyier :thumb:
