Problems with the BiG World Setup

I'm using the mod downloader for the first time, however it doesn't seem to be able to progress. I fire it up having patched everything, but when it starts downloading it abruptly stops after a short while. I have the icon in my system tray where it reads 13_Process.au3 Line 344: Sleep (750). Right-clicking this brings up a menu that claims that the Script is paused.
Anything related to the installer or?

2) BWS7 is outdated and is not kept up to date, so there are downloads that do not exist any more and there are updated mods that do not go well together with the fixpack that will be installed.
3) The script waits for wget to finish the download for you. So it is ok if the script is sleeping all the time.
4) Make sure the wget-process is not dead or is having problems with firewalls.
5) Give us more info, like the last lines of the download-log located in BiG World Setup\Logs. Have a look at the end, close the file and see if it is updated after a minute or so. If not post the last few lines and we may be able to help.

1) Well, if you rightclick the icon, the script is paused. So that's ok. Remove the Pause by doing the rightclick> Pause-click again. After that, the icon should stop blinking.

If it is around 600kB, then wget hung. See if the process is still running and close it.
Anyway, you can always stop the BWS, wget, and its cmd-sessions and start it again. It should restart where it left.

Hmm, how big is the file (>> D:\Black Isle\BGII - SoA\BiG World Downloads\BiG_World_v7.0_englisch.pdf)?

That one is like 2 mb if I'm not mistaken. I've restarted several times and it hangs on the same place. I've tried manually downloading that particular file as well but can't get the download running.

I do not know why it just doesn't exit if it has downloaded the entire file.
It does, or not? (You can open the pdf and wget.exe does not exist as a process...)
And you have a message in the Download log like:
384K ................ ..... 100% 325.59 KB/s 23:30:12 (210.22 KB/s) - 'Lalalala' saved [573253/573253]
If so: Sorry to hear that you cannot "convince/force" it to run as it should.
Last thing to bother you with BWS: Since I'm curious, what OS/OSLanguage are you running?
