Anything to know about this action? I've noticed that it causes active spells to expire, so it really does scroll time. Quest timers are also affected? What about delayed spell effects? And running current effects, for example, poison? Will the due points of damage apply at the new time in arrears or not?
And while I'm at this, you who have played BG2 a lot and mods and expansions for it and Siege of Dragonspear, are there any monsters and situations, other than special-case quests, that react to the time of day? Monsters that are weaker during the day, for instance, or worse morale at night?
Edit: I couldn't wait and tested myself. All of the due poison comes in after the time leap. Looks like this is a complete time advancement in every way. Real-time timers may not be affected.
