1. Hm... I didn't know that about Nalia. Valen does also provoke a fight without the PC can withhold it. If Nalia indeed goes hostile (I need to check this, then indeed I will build in an option for the PC, though I wish not too)

2. That is really weird! Your global is not moving along Nolikegods should be 2. I could also find two blocks who could be triggered without the proper dialogue following order and which caused Ariena to leave. However, this means she can leave only twice and then it should be over with her by accident leaving. Oh, I have recoded this block I hope that will help. I'll be sure to (let it be) test(ed) it extensively

3. About Sion, in the normal game he does not start hostile & Ariena triggers the teleport by the way, not a fight. So I wonder if it is an incompatiblity with Improved Guarded Compound. Perhaps you need to de-install that and see what happens, if it still going wrong then it is Ariena herself

I don't have improved compound, and she does the same thing. It seems like the other person who's with him dimension doors, then it says (and shows graphically) that Ariena dimension doors, but she stays right where she is. And Sion stays and remains hostile. A Sion character shows up upstairs and is killable, but when you come back down, he's still there and invinceable (haven't tried Time Stop/Shapeshift: Mindflayer, but I have a feeling that won't work).

Hm.... Ariena uses dimension door? Hm... I_C_T2 instead of INTERJECT or I_C_T. Thanks Masteraleph that information was very useful.

[edit] Okay, so now it is coded she doesn't take any actions of Sion. Unfortunatly as said in progress report my BG2 is out, but I corrected in a way I think Sion should use Dimension door and thus go away.

Also, I am getting the same errors as the posters before (Ariena leaving for no reason and the gods banter repeated). Havent done the keep quest with her yet, or into the guarded compound. If I find anything else, I'll post back here.

The leaving bug is being worked on. You all should have sounds. Check your override folder and search for Arien sounds. If these are .ogg the Arienaaudio.bat failed for some reason. Run this in your override folder. If you have the .wav files some unique going wrong. If you have none of the above check Ariena/sounds folder to see if you got a complete download, if so be so kind to mail (deathsangel@spellholdstudios.net) or PM me the .debug file, if this is not the case. Luckily all NPC's will get with all there new upgrades string fixers. Then it is just a matter of hitting the T key in game while having the character selected, abid you have the .wav files

At least one problem solved Now the others I am aware of (like guarded compound). I will work on them after the following things done

* Writing report in my spare time for a course of last semester (that is why I have to do it in spare time)

* Finish up the last 3 files of Kido version 4 and test at old buggie places and then release it.

I'll be working even in the summer at the university. I choose for this myself don't worry, but just so you know. There isn't semester anymore for me, just something to do from a last course which does have to do with semesters, but it somewhat confusing ... and thanks for both things. Quite proud of Kido version 4. Lot of bugs gone, extensively tested and lot of new contents

A few problems...

I finished ToB and she didn't have a picture for her epi. Also it talks about a promise of some kind?

I finished the end fight a second time and this time she didn't say anything when the solar offered me a choice and she didn't have an epi at all. (Strangely, Sarrey had two...)

I'm also getting very few banters from her. None in ToB.

Okay, that is odd again. She has 6 different epilogue's, dependent on your choice and her alignment. A few talk about her selfmade promise to kill all that involve slave businnes in the north near Luskan, I assume you made her CE or kept her NE which causes to talk about a promise.

She should always have a picture. I shall look into that. Thanks for the report.

The fact that the reload causes a problem to give Sarileth (= Sarrey I assume) two, and Ariena none is also very odd. I do not know if this is Ariena induced...

Very few banters could be correct. She does not talk an incredible amount. Mostly 2 times with other NPC's, she does not like to talk much... she does have for a new one for everybody again ToB, so you should see a few. However, it is the game engine that should fire them. They do not have odd triggers, at least all of them, so that is weird, but I don't think I can fix that by changing their conditions. I can only add banter.
If you mean the talks with the PC there is one talk in ToB with the PC that explains why she has become more quiet.
She also should react to the solar.

It seems I need more tests on ToB. Will get on when the times permit it. Thank you very much for you report.

You must have had a few more conversation with the PC, One asking about Aasimars, and suggesting going to a certain organisation, or else could not have started. In total you should have at least 4 hearing what you had.
It depends how you solve it, what happens to her alignment. If the conversation is repeatable, I need to fix that.

I checked there is a very small mentioning in TN of her old promise, so that is fine.

Go to shadowkeeper and check her class status. If you delete a mod during a game somewhere in between strings get mixed up and that is probably what is causing the problems.

Getting the same problem, somewhat. Talked to her mother, chose the option where her mother responds about me corrupting Ariena, Ariena tells her mother that I'm her friend, then I think her mother has another dialogue...then it says "no valid replies or links", and she stays neutral evil. I can also talk to her mother over and over again.
