Last I heard, it's technically compatible but I don't know if anyone's actually played through the whole mod in Tutu to confirm it.

It should be. Please give it a try, and report any bugs you run across. The spawns were the latest change, and were converted to Tutu resources with the help of the code Miloch provided, but I suppose it's possible a creature or two slipped through the cracks...

I'm playing EasyTutu now and as far as I can see, all locations can be reached (For instance Sir Billybob's farm)as long as you install the BP-BGT Worldmap.
(I Know, it says so in the manual, but who reads manuals...)

It definitely works with EasyTutu.
I have just completed Part 1 anyway. Great Mod.
Make sure that you have the latest Worldmap installed. Before that, it was VERY buggy, but installing the Worldmap solved all but one tiny bug that was not game-breaking.
