Hello, I'm new here, I'd like to ask for some help.
Recently it was suggested to me to try old games because they are of a higher quality. So I did, and I can't say that the statement was wrong. I finished PS: T, which I believe has the best story I've played so far. However, modern computers aren't so friendly with the old games, so mods were needed in order to run PS: T properly. A very handful list of improvements was this one:

I am unable to find something similar for all BG games. What I need is something to make them playable on widescreen modern computer, along with UI and bug fixes. I'd like to keep close to the original story of the game without adding characters and stories, though I am open to this matter.

Eh, did you look around the forum at all? There are tonnes of BG1-2 mods here. Might want to start with the BiG World Project guide and just pick a few mods that interest you (including Widescreen Mod, which apparently you want).
