Will there be TOB content for the Yvette NPC? Or is she going to be silent throughout. Also, does she have banters with the official bioware NPCs?

Yvette already has a ToB content, but she can't be summoned with Fate Spirit. You must succesfuly finish SoA part with Yvette in party to experience ToB part 
Sorry for the inconvenience, but the reason is in the story.
In SoA she will talk to every BioWare NPC, but in ToB just with Sarevok and Imoen.

She may seem weak, but she's still young and will learn rapidly
