Does it happen someone has the following mods?
Rukrakia
YLItems Pack
I do have versions of both of the mods you asked about, they are from 2011.
Also, I am a native English speaker with a college degree in English studies, & plenty of free time. I love proofreading! I would love to help out with ALL of the mods!

Well... at the moment the available mods are: Elvanshalee, Les Exiles de Lunargent and Shar-Teel Mod.

Jarls BGT Adventure Pack 0.6.1 is proofread, I submitted yesterday to Leonardo and to Jastey (to forward to mod author - Jarl).

By current BWP 11.4, Jarls BGT Adventure Pack has made into Textpack English.
And some patches don't apply.

I have little problem with english translation of Jarls BGT Adventure Pack (BWP 11.4 made 15.4.2013).
Guardsmen JA#GUAB4-7.CRE/JA#GUAB4-7.DLG at Beregost (AR6700.ARE) "talks" german not english also journal entries after their talks are german.
This is probably install problem not translation problem.
Not a big problem but i though to mention it if somebody else might encounter this problem.

Yes, this is not a translation problem (as everything is translated into english) but an install problem. There are some patches not fully applying.
Indeed I wrote some patches don't apply. I was referrring just to this. I noticed the same day Leonardo uploaded 11.4 and I advised him some hours later, after performing a test install.
The five patches not correctly applying are the followings: ja#gheld.d, ja#guabe.d, ja#law.d, ja#palast.d and misc.d.patch.
Some hunks succeed while others not.
Me, in any case, I have a working install of Jarls BGT Adventure Pack... I tested before submitting and everything was working as expected.

Keep up the good job you have done with translations of mods to english. 
I checked those Jarls BGT Adventure Pack DLG-files and german lines are only at some minor characters so no need for reinstall for me.

Currently working on Severian, then I'll proceed with last BWP mods (Rukrakia, Tomoyo and the underground city, Trovador REO, TS25MiniMod, Umbra of T.R.O.W. and Ylitems).
