Just did a search but no luck.

Is there one?? I mean.. sound is the second sight.. and in game terms the only substitute for it, how can there not be one?¿

I've checked most of my .IDS and boy what a surprise when I didn't find one.

Maybe some things were misplaced around here.. I don't remember exactly if there was or not a check for this state...

Provided there isn't, does anyone know a workaround to add it, or in someway cause scripts to recognize a deafened creature?

There doesn't appear to be a state.ids entry for deafness, or even a workaround that I can think of.

Yeah, unless there's a STATS.IDS entry, deafness is undetectable (IIRC, it wasn't in BG/TotSC so didn't get a place in STATE).

Damn, this certainly move things a further step away from perfection.

On the bright side.. some few hundred or so less lines of code to worry about :whistling:
