13 item BAMs, 64 x 64 BMP done and enclosed in the attached archive. My computer hates me and will not let me resize these to use for the 32 x 32 frame. I know, I'm lame.

3. Does it have bonus factors? (+1 thac0 - +5 thac0)
Not really applicable. The mod is done, the items work, I just can't get the BAMs sorted.

4. What about elemental damage? (Acid, Fire, Ice...)

7. What game and what mod is this for?
BG2 Homeward Bound v4, which allows the player to send BioWare NPCs home from Brynnlaw.

Here you go. I had to downsize most of the large frames and add drop shadows to match similar in-game items. Very few inventory BAMs are anything like 64x64 - halberds maybe.
