When I was playing through I had this sort of silly idea when my characters were in Nashkel. The role-playing aspect really appeals to me; so I decided my characters should go to the tavern and drink a whole bunch. When I was leaving I ran into Edwin and I thought, "Wouldn't it be cool if some conversations changed if you were intoxicated?" Instead of having a normal conversation, you're words come out different and you end up ticking him off or something. Maybe with some of the drunk people you see in different taverns, you could understand if you were drunk and get info.

It's been thought of, though I don't know if it's been implemented. There's a 30-page thread or 3 on various banter ideas somewhere around these forums.
