Hmmm, this time I'll have to go with the 'could use some work' line.
The basic shape of it seems quite good, the head in particular, but there's some little issues:
-Right front leg seems a bit detached from the body.
-It's got a strange green tint to it. Particularly the shadows, where's that coming from?
-The shading seems a bit vague and generic.
-Even if the fur is smooth and 'flat', it should have something more of a furry texture. (But damn, don't ask me how you're gonna pull THAT off. I've only drawn hairy/rough texture stuff .p)
-The color of the horns seems quite arctificial.
-Right front leg seems a bit detached from the body.Well i think that was intended due to perspective... ( I don't say it's perfect though...i think it's a little overdone...

)
-It's got a strange green tint to it. Particularly the shadows, where's that coming from?It's kinda cyan and not green. And it was meant to be, due to the nighttime lightening...
-The shading seems a bit vague and generic.That's a pity because i worked some hours on it.

I hope i'll improve my skills with practice...
-Even if the fur is smooth and 'flat', it should have something more of a furry texture.I know, but you'll see no digital fur from me unless i get a tablet. There's NO WAY to apply my pencil technique in digital painting with a mouse. It would take me weeks to draw millions of curve lines with mouse... Btw, I should really buy a tablet....
-The color of the horns seems quite arctificial.Well, it's the first time i try to draw metal. I feel you're right about that and i want more practice, but it really don't bother me too much. The nighttime shading made it somewhat "cold" , the original was more "warm". Also maybe i haven't picked the best colors for golden. Next time i'll try more!

And thank you so much for all your suggestions!
