In KotoR 2, I had remained decidedly neutral except when it came to the main quest: on Dantooine, I did the light-side version of the main quest there. On Nar Shadda, I... suppose I did the light-side? I got Mira in my party and the jedi there didn't attack me. However, on Onderon, I sided with General Vaklu because quite a few people were supporters of the secession movement and my character thought the Queen wasn't good for the planet, and Vaklu was planning on betraying the Sith. At this point, I am not Net Light Side, but I am more blue than gray, if you will, yet when I meet Kavar, he rambles about how he can feel how I've become a Sith, and how evil I am, etc., and I'm forced to spout out lines like 'The Dark Side has shown me so much power!!!!1' despite, well... you know. Light Side. I'm forced to kill him. After Korriban, I then go to Dantooine again, where, once again, I am forced to act like a big Dark Side jerk, and they treat me like I've become some sort of monster. This is ridiculous. I don't want to be forced to play a dark side character throughout the rest of the game because I made one (albeit misguided) decision against the Republic.

So here's my question: Any way I can cheat out of this? I have a savegame editor for places where I'm stuck, and it allows you to mess with globals. Anyone have any knowledge of the globals I could tweak so that I don't have to murder the other two jedi on Dantooine? It'd be real nice if I could play the game like my alignment. If there's really nothing that can be done about this I guess I'll just have to start all over, which would be a huge pain in the rear because I'm 75% done with the game.

...

You do not even know how familiar that sounds, the exact same thing happened to me. And I was to that point a Jedi Weapon Master... ... so in the end I just had to swallow my bride and went till the end with CHEESED character, knowing that saving those bastards was never worth a dime.

So I know your pain, but have not tried to find a fix as I haven't got the game installed ever after... And I bought the game the first time it was out. <_<

Only option, really, is to reload.
I went through Onderon a bit dark at first (to win influence with Mandalore) but then sided with the queen. Mandalore still likes it if you side with her and execute the general - and everyone else is happy.
Yeah, it's a far from perfect game although it has some high points. The ending is particularly dreadful.
