Well it wouldn't change a thing if you don't uninstall TobEx the proper way. When manually installing, you need to completely delete the TobEx_ini folder. The TobEx_ini/TobExVer.txt file is critical to the TobEx install (and WeiDU function as well), because it helps the install decide whether TobEx needs to be installed from scratch, updated, or left alone.
