Hey. I haven't been at it for years and I wanted to give all those new mods a try. I've read the readme files thoroughly, but just in case I got it wrong...

Please have a look at my install order and see if it's okay. I wouldn't want to restart my whole game cause I got it wrong somewhere (as it already happened to me in the past). I have a GOG version of BG2

I'm really unsure about Unfinished Business, but it says there's a compatibility problem with ease-of-use, which is now tweak pack, so it should be after it. Right?

- Ascension64 Charm Patch

- Ascension64 XP Patch

- Font mod

- Fixpack

- Divine Remix

- Spell revisions

- Weimer ItemUpgrade

- Shadows over soubar

- BP-BGT Worldmap

- Wheels of Prophecy

- Spellhold Gauntlet

- Weimar Solaufein

- Viconia friendship

- Edwin romance

- Fade (custom NPC)

- Sarevok

- Extended Banter

- Romantic Encounters

- Sword and Fist

- SCSII

- Tweak pack

- Unfinished Business

- Widescreen

And another question is this: I have a nice custom party in mind that I would like to create from scratch like in IWD, but at the same time I want to enjoy the company of those familiar characters. If Edwin joins my party and I make him into a fighter/mage in Shadowkeeper, will he be able to level up as a fighter/mage and get the correct amount of HP and THAC0 or will it all be screwed up?

Folks, if there's (still?) a compatibility problem with UB, please do let me know at UB's forum so I could fix it while I'm still at it, but to my knowledge, installing select components of BG2 Tweaks and UB worked nicely.

You can install Level1NPCs to fix Edwin's class, but Shadowkeeper will work fine, yep.

I ran into a problem :/

The fonts that I installed are way too big. I'd like to remove them. Unfortunately, some mod packaged them somewhere. Originally I had placed 3 .bam files into "override". Now they're not there. When I search for those files, they come up numerous times in various folders of various mods. I deleted them all, but the ingame font is still that custom big font that I desperately want to remove.

What the hell?

Is there anything I can do? I spent 5 hours configuring all my mods. Now what am I to do? Halp!!

Upd: I searched for *.bam and not a single one of them is of the precisely the same size as those that I'm looking for, so finding them now would be impossible since they are obviously part of some bigger files. Is there anything I can do?

1) What the hell?

1) You probably installed a mod that Biffed the override folder...

2) If you still have the .bams that you deleted, you can and drop them one at a time to the override -folder in the game folder and start the game and see if it is a correct size.

The other option is to redownload the font mod again and extract it far away from the game folder, and then try the .bam files the same way as above.

Yep, Jarno Mikkola. my Mega Mod FAQ. Use of the BWS, and how to use it(scroll down that post a bit).
OK, desert dweller, welcome to the sanity, you are free to search for the limit, it's out there, we drew it in the sand. Ouh, actually it was still snow then.. but anyways.

I installed level-1-npcs, changed a dozen npcs with this mod, but it didn't affect them in any way in the game. I even started a new game. Still when they join, they're their old self. :(

I installed this mod the latest. Help, anyone?

And you start the game with the BGMain.exe (in the game folder, or a quick icon in the desktop)?
