Hi Yovaneth. Best of luck with your other interests and thanks for all your contributions to Faerun over the years.

If other modders want to continue development on FFT, including porting for EE, bug fixes and possibly new content, they would need your permission to release new versions.

Would you mind stating your position on this?

And while we're at it, could you please upload Balduran's Seatower v0.019 somewhere? It is a great piece of Baldur's Gate city, would be a real shame to lost it now that it has working areas and quests!

Edit: there was link to illegal stolen mod apparently hacked by some fucker from dropbox :lol:

How the f--k did you get hold of that file? It was private on DropBox!!!!! Also it is completely unplayable in that state. That's annoyed the hell out of me - there will be no more uploads to DropBox for some scum hacker to find it.

Yovaneth has given me permission to make an Enhanced Edition port of Fishing for Trouble, so I will be starting on that over the next few days.

Too bad, I checked that *illegal* download and already had some idea of how ro incorporate it into EET...

 

The abandoned lighthouse at Ulgoth's Beard will do just as well in this case.

Huh? Calm yourself, I've got it from another forum member fair, square and no strings attached, as in no limitation on sharing it further. I'm taking public link down until I'll make sure this member have a say in allowing further sharing of this mod since I'm not getting your approval for it far as I see.

A shame though, it was a fine piece of content, and seeing as all of its authors lost interest in finishing development I was hoping someone might want to end the work. :(

Thanks Creepin. Something must have gone wrong in SHS somewhere because that developer forum was supposed to be private. Later we switched to DropBox. BST is still being worked on but there's only myself and Miloch currently. No-one else is to add/release anything unless I say so.

I'm more than happy to hear you're still working on it: I have only searched for and published it in hopes someone might take it on after you made it apparent that you're leaving modding for good. Glad I misread.

I detected the first error! In BG2EE the village Porthpentyrch appears not on the standard Woldmap of BGEE.

lib/patches.tpa adds an incompatible (and duplicate) script action to the ACTION.IDS in Enhanced Edition games. It may cause mods installed afterwards to fail the installation process because of a missing reference to DIR.IDS.

Haven't investigated the report above about the area not appearing on worldmap.
