I imagine this puts P5Tweaks 50% out of commission.

Perhaps killing someone with cold damage doesn't shatter the victim (or, at least, doesn't destroy its inventory)?

I think this shatter stuff is really neat, a pity cold death and petrification only looks nice on paletted avatars. So I'd rather vote for a DropInventory instead.


Three separate tweak hacks.

-----1050 Drop Inventory On Disintegrate/Frozen Death/Stone Death [C, T]
(May clash with components of P5Tweaks, which tries to replicate this behaviour)
Alters the instant death opcode to make the creature drop all non-critical items on disintegrate, frozen death, and/or stone death

Options:
-0: disabled
-1: enabled

Fine with me (one less mod to maintain) - probably more like 70% though. So why not put it 100% (or at least 90%) out and have an imprisonment drop tweak also? I'm guessing this is aimed to phase out the related tb#tweaks also (e.g. the one that applies permanent stun instead of stoning or whatever).

I'm guessing this is aimed to phase out the related tb#tweaks also (e.g. the one that applies permanent stun instead of stoning or whatever).

I have no problems with ToBEx solving the same thing as tb#tweaks (especially since tobex allows for stabler integration). The Imprisonment/Stoning components of tb#tweaks solve these issues:
- game ends if CHARNAME is affect
- romance ends if Jaheira/whomever is affect
- enemies affected won't drop loot (and possibly plot-critical items)
- enemies affected could be imprisoned-freed ad infinity to get infinite XP.

I'd tweak:
- Maze/charm not to end the game if CHARNAME soloes/is the only one left.
- Imprisonment not to drop party members but allow the party to rest/leave the area. We'd use the unused imprisonment stat icon, and would not break romances.
- I can't think of anything better right now than to end the game if CHARNAME is imprisoned.
- Cosmetic: Petrification/frozen death works nicely on non-paletted creatures. I can research/invent some sort of RGB formula if you're willing to do this.
