Nice to hear. :)

And now, we know that "BG2 Fixpack" is not needed for the worldmap. ;)

"BG2 Fixpack" and "BG2 Tweak Pack" are not the same. With "BG2 Fixpack" you correct many errors in the BG2 game and with "BG2 Tweak Pack" you can make many different changes for your BG2 game.

Happy gaming. :)

In the SoA portion of the game you absolutely DO need BG2Fixpack installed if you use Worldmap or you will CTD travelling to AR1600, AR1700, AR2500, & AR2600.

I know for an absolute fact that you can CLUA in without CTD (for the most part) with not having the Fixpack. But I do not know for sure if you have to CLUA out again to other known areas becasue of the different travel triggers.

Yes you can travel out with no problem, but you will always need to CLUA in.

Thanks for your information, erebusant.

It would be fine if you can write in the worldmaps readme, that "BG2 Fixpack" is needed for the worldmap. :)
