Stivan and Lvl1NPCs

@the bigg: Would it be alright to add Stivan to Lvl1NPCs? I'm in the process of rounding up permissions from a number of NPC mod creators whose NPCs are not yet included. See this post for some more information.

From the readme:

To allow you to better fine-tune his weapon proficiencies and thievery skills, Stivan will join as a first level Fighter/Thief with 161.000 XP, enough to become a 7/8 Fighter/Thief straight away.


You want to customize the kits too, right?

Of course you can - the readme makes it perfectly clear that third party mods can treat Stivan as a Bioware NPC.

@Giuseppe: Yes, or rather I want him to have the same customizability (is that a word?) as all the other NPCs included in Lvl1NPCs, which as of now includes some 60+ mod NPCs.
