I am sorry to say but your mod causes my game to CTD. I've done multiple tests and I've singled out your mod as the culprit, unfortunate as it is because I desperately want all NPCs to appear as they did in BG1. Whenever I enter certain areas with your mod installed I receive a CTD. The areas so far that crash are as follows: Shadow Temple Ruins AR1400 - Firkraag's Dungeon AR1202 (specifically when going into the vampire nest and the troll cook's room) - Cult of the Unseeing Eye dungeon AR0202.

I'm assuming this occurs because IA patches several area files presumably to edit the creature animations. Apparently IA doesn't quite get the job done...

I have a clean install of bg2 + tob + latest patch. I traveled to the listed areas via the console and I received no CTD when IA was not installed.

I would love to use this mod as I find bg2 animations to look plastic by comparison to bg1 animations.
Assistance would be much appreciated.

Well Miloch knows best, but it looks like you may have BG1 animations on npcs crashing due to a weapon being equipped by the npc in the shield slot. I didn't think IA would install like that, iirc there is a check in the mod to avoid this.

I have BG1 animations on 25% of creatures installed, and add BG1 animation with shadowkeeper to my pc (it's all the low_ animations) and sometimes a few in my party with no problems. Just remember no weapon in the shield slot or you get a ctd.

Have you started a new game after installing IA, or installed the saved game patcher?

What everyone else said, but baldur.err is the error log, not baldur.log which is useless. If you still claim there's a problem, you'll need to post your WeiDU.log contents in SPOILER tags as well.

This is Elaedhyn. Fortunately I got it to work-- turns out I didn't completely install the mod (derp). Thank you for this lovely piece of work :)
