Try running the bat file in admin mode by right clicking on run as admin on the command line program. Then change the patch to your install location and type "BiG World Install.bat" with the " around it.

I have the same issue here except I have a megamod install.

It seems Never ending journey was the cause of the looping lol. Took it out of install I could proceed but bonehill for some reason couldn't install. Posting debug file for bonehill175 and debug for big world install.
