I had the same problem. BGT setup expects simple yes/no answers, but BWP will try to give it the BG1 installation directory.

Just change the BGT installation line in BiG World Install.bat in following way:

Call %INST% BGT "0" "TYPE BGT_input.TXT"

and place BGT_input.TXT into your BGII - SoA directory
