First off, I am new to SHS (at least officially, I've been a lurker for a while now), so I apologize if this is supposed to go in some other thread- if it is, I would appreciate if the moderators or whoever could move it to the proper place.

Anyway, I recently installed BGT and some other mods (I'm pretty sure that they didn't cause my problem, though) and did a playthrough of the BG1 part. My issue is when I go in the Undercity (and the Shrine of Bhaal in the Undercity where you fight Sarevok), instead of the normal music, tavern music is played instead. This is more of an annoyance than anything, but I would still appreciate it if someone could tell me how to fix it.

Oh, and if it matters, I plan on doing a reinstall of BGT (and all my other mods), because when I got to the SoA part I realized that I installed some of them in the wrong order and it made my game kind of... whacky. So yeah, no  need to worry about save games or anything like that. :)

Yep, Jarno Mikkola. my Mega Mod FAQ. Use of the BWS, and how to use it(scroll down that post a bit).
OK, desert dweller, welcome to the sanity, you are free to search for the limit, it's out there, we drew it in the sand. Ouh, actually it was still snow then.. but anyways.

YAY! I figured it out! Appearantly, the music file for the Undercity was a different format than it's supposed to be(it was a .WAV). I changed it to the correct format and now it works! Frankly, I have no idea how that got messed up... the only mod I have that has anything to do with music is the BG1 NPC Project Music Pack...)
Thanks a lot for trying to help (even though I ended up getting it myself), it means a lot to me! :D

...

All this time, I thought that was supposed to be Spooky Ghost City There-Used-to-Be-a-Tavern-Here Music... (facepalm)

The real soundtrack - is it... is it good?

(And, for future reference, what are you supposed to change the format to?  Do you just change the extension?)

It probably should be an .acm ... and you have to use the linked converter and so forth. So go and read the whole ½ page info about it.
