How can you go through that plot? Thanks to Jaheira you are called back to Harper hold were Galvery awaits you. How do you do that without Jaheira?

[edit] And now that I read your post extremely precise Jahiera and Montaron don't fight if you have those two in one party so that can still work

You can't go through the Harper plot without Jaheira in your party, but you can go through it without romancing her.

I didn't used Kedo at that moment. But I've read about him

Though, I like Kedo because of his psycho-thing (like the little brother of Xzar :^^: ), I simply don't like the idea of having an cyric worshipper in my Neo-Bhaal party. It has an RP reason, as you see.


The Xzar & Montaron couple is funnier, for so many reasons. And I always wanted to have him in my party, but that harper skum killed him.

But I'm always open for an Xzar & Tiax couple. This could be perhaps the maddest couple of all.

Kido has indeed some problems with Neo-Bhaalism, but he there are many sorts of evil. Ya might want to take him along with in another party. He works pretty well in neutral parties as well. Mostly because of the fact you can see his full capacity of annoying/hurting people (mostly the good aligned). Stands in the read-me

Some people claimed Xzar also had a crush for Cyric. Can't seem to remember this though. Does anyone know this by the way?

Xzar.. yesh, Xzar is good. Xzar and Montaron. I have decided. But what would you do about the harper quest?

I will make a code checking if your evil, if so the man who asks you to bring him to the harper stronghold, because he is poisoned won't show up.

Redo the text on the Montaron bird, because through another way you will get in. The harper stronghold quest will be lost though for most part for evil characters.

This is why I wandered again if Xzar and Montaron is a good option, because of the fact that Kido and Xzar are very a like and if your good you also don't get two good characters. Leaving Jaheira in, won't be such a bad thing I reckon. But very little people are voting for such an option.

I have an idea for Jaheira Montaron combo for instance

On a different note and a nice discussion as well, though necromancers are many times evil it is logical to give such a specialisation to an evil wizard. But I don't see Xzar with 16 wisdom. I always thought this to be wrong. I gave Kido as well a low Wis score and a higher Int.

If Xzar is one of the two, I rather want to chance his expertise. However giving him a lower Wis, makes him even more the same like Kido. Or should he suddenly seem very wis and int, but makes himself look wack. Just to fool his enemies?

Insanity has nothing to do with low intelligence, or low wisdom. And Xzar is mad but smart, so many things have no reason at all.

Intelligence is once ability to learn. A high intelligence is the learned librarian. A low intelligence is the town's fool.
Wisdom is once natural senses. One with a high Wisdom is the wise man/woman. Thus low wisdom is one who is quite crazy.
I do believe Wisdom and somewhat having a crazy streak are linked

[edit] Just to be complete. It is not impossible to learn well though being somewhat crazy. Some of the most brilliant persons on earth had a bit of wacky side.
