To start with in this install infinite ammo stacking is not working properly. To make long story short...
1. Buy 2 stacks of arrow. 120 in stack.
2. Try to combine them. You will get 220 and 20. Nice...

Item BG1-ification caused problems. Maybe add some compatibility check?

No one said that it will be bugless, I said it would be OK (not game-breaking). This is a tricky problem and I'm not inclined to add compatibility checks for it. Put BG2 Tweaks before BGT Tweak. Makes sense anyway, since you probably want to uninstall BGT Tweak before going onto BG2.

Thank you for already adding BGQE to the BGT-WeiDU Mod List. I would be happy if the slime quest got removed, as it is no longer hosted.

Slime quest stand alone version(s) and BGQE are not compatible coding wise. The slime quest is included into BGQE in an extended version.

The modlist does not include very large quest/addon mods for BG2 such as "The Darkest Day". Are Darkest Day and other large BG2 mods compatible with Baldur's Gate Trilogy?

They arent included in the mod list because they aren't mods for BGT-WeiDU. You need to check the compatibility thread for compatibility (http://www.shsforums...showtopic=19539).

Why not include the actual download link for BGT rather than making folks dig for it (not just here but in your BGT release post too).

Also, there are quite a few mods for BGT that aren't listed here - might be a bit misleading. Might want to link to a fuller list such as the BWP's here.
